You can choose how often to meet—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—depending on your goals. In 45 minutes, we create meaningful reflection and guidance to support your growth.
Initial Intake Session
This session helps us understand why you’ve chosen The Listening Mind and what you hope to achieve. Together, we’ll look at your goals, challenges, and current emotional state to design a plan that works for you. It’s the first step towards building real progress and growth.
Emotional Coaching + Naad Yoga
These sessions bring together emotional coaching and the practice of Naad Yoga, using sound to support self-awareness, clarity, and inner balance. You’ll learn to strengthen your emotional body while connecting more deeply with yourself.

Sound Healing
This session blends gentle conversation with the healing power of Naad Yoga. Through guided sound practices, you’ll release stuck energy, restore balance, and calm the mind while strengthening your emotional body. In 45 minutes, you experience sound as a pathway to clarity and inner harmony.
