Emotional Coaching for the South Asian Community
The emotional work your culture never had language for — we have a framework for it.
In many South Asian families, emotional struggle is something you carry quietly. You were raised to be strong, to achieve, to not burden others. Therapy — with its Western frameworks, its clinical language, its emphasis on childhood trauma — has never felt like the right fit. And often, it isn't.
The Listening Mind offers something different. Emotional coaching rooted in Naad Yoga — an ancient South Asian tradition that understands the relationship between sound, voice, and the inner life in a way Western psychology simply doesn't. This isn't a Western import dressed up in cultural clothing. This is the real thing.
Sessions are one-to-one, non-clinical, and completely confidential. You don't need to explain your family dynamics from scratch. You don't need to justify why therapy never felt right. You just need to show up.
This practice serves the South Asian diaspora community across Northern Virginia — including Herndon, Reston, Fairfax, and the wider DC metro area. Virtual sessions available nationwide.
